Court of Protection Solicitor– NQ – 3 years PQE £38-45K dep on experience – North London/Hybrid Looking to build a meaningful career in Court of Protection work? They hold Legal Aid contracts and are Lexcel accredited. Their supportive, inclusive team is known for its expertise — and they are serious about developing our people They are looking for a junior solicitor (0–3 years PQE) to join their highly regarded Court of Protection team. This is a standout opportunity for a driven and organised lawyer with experience in mental capacity and best interests’ issues — particularly in s.21A applications. Exposure to s.16 cases or a desire to grow in that area is a real plus. You will manage your own caseload, receive support from leaders recognised by Chambers & Partners, and have space to grow your reputation and skills within a progressive, socially conscious firm.
