Senior Healthcare assistant

Position: Senior Care Assistant (Day & Night Shifts) Location: Ipswich, Suffolk Setting: Residential & Dementia Care Home Shifts & Hours: Night Shifts: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM (1-hour paid break) Day Shifts: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (1-hour paid break) Handover: Seniors arrive 15 minutes early (paid) Pay Rates: NVQ Level 4 Equivalent: £15.07/hour NVQ Level 3 Equivalent: £14.76/hour NVQ Level 2: £13.34/hour Requirements: Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (with a view to work towards NVQ Level 3 after probation) Experience in residential and dementia care Medication trained Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided) Key Responsibilities: Support and lead care assistants during the shift Administer and manage medication Maintain accurate care records and assist with care planning Ensure the highest standards of care are delivered To Apply: Please send your CV or get in touch to arrange an interview.
