What you need as a Civils Supervisor: Previous extensive experience as a Civils Supervisor in the rail sector. Strong history of working on level crossings. Full UK driving license and willingness to workdays/nights/weekends. What you’ll be doing as a Civils Supervisor: Overseeing lineside civils works on a large rail project.
