Teaching Assistant Hourly Rate: £14.18 Location: Levens, Cumbria Job Type: Full time Immediate Start We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a local school. This full-time role involves working closely with a pupil in year 1, providing tailored support and ensuring a positive learning environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with strong behaviour management skills and a resilient, confident personality. Day-to-day of the role: Work 1-2-1 with a pupil, focusing on their individual learning needs. Maintain a calm and supportive presence to foster a conducive learning environment. Manage and support the pupil's behaviour and engagement during school activities. Collaborate with teaching staff to implement educational plans and strategies. Monday to Friday full time Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong behaviour management skills. A calm, confident, and resilient personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
