Restaurant Manager High quality Inn with excellent restaurant DL11 area Up to £35,000 dependent on experience Need to have own transport due to Village location and no accommodation available A high quality Inn serving a excellent fresh food menu to a high fine dining standard seeking a Restaurant manager to work closely with the owners and the small team. As Restaurant manager you will work closely with the owners and the small team and run the day to day operations . The Restaurant manager duties will include running shifts, staff management , stock control and ordering, cellar maintenance , cashing up. A very hands on role . For this role , you will have supervisory experience within a quality restaurant , bar , Pub , hotel and a stable CV . This Restaurantmanager role Is a full time, permanent role with a good mix of shifts and 45 hours a week .
