Religious Education Teacher

Job Title: Supply Religious Education (RE) Teacher Location: Wirral, Merseyside Salary: £100 - £200 per day (depending on experience and role type) Job Type: Supply Day-to-Day, Short-Term, and Long-Term Opportunities Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing Foster reflection, respect, and understanding in the next generation. We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable RE Teacher to join our pool of secondary school supply staff in the Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver engaging Religious Education lessons while enjoying the flexibility of supply work. Key Responsibilities: Teach RE to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 experience desirable but not essential) Deliver inspiring and thought-provoking lessons that promote discussion and critical thinking Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment Differentiate learning materials to meet a range of student needs Assess pupil progress and contribute to the wider school community when needed Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification Specialism or strong background in Religious Education or Humanities Experience teaching in UK secondary schools preferred Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) What We Offer: Daily pay rate between £100 - £200 Flexible work suited to your availability and lifestyle Opportunities in a variety of Wirral secondary schools Dedicated support from experienced education consultants Access to CPD and potential long-term or permanent positions ADZN1_UKTJ
