In the role you will be expected to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance to various machinery found on plant. The employer in question is a big believer in training & development and will provide a platform for upskilling and investing in your career. The organisation in question takes waste fuels and recycles them to produce alternate fuels. THE ROLE Reacting to breakdowns and delivering planned maintenance Working to maintain various pump equipment found on site including centrifugal and air operated diaphragm pumps Strip, inspect, service and repair Pumps, Centrifuges. Proficiency in the reading and understanding of mechanical schematic drawings Ability to take the information from schematic drawings and assemble equipment Making and breaking small flanges Updating and logging tasks within the SAP maintenance system Dealing with outside contractors to aid works where appropriate THE PERSON Time served Mechanical Maintenance Technician Educated to at least level 3 apprenticeship Experience working with various pumps especially centrifugal Must have worked within an industrial setting Able to work with limited supervision Open to development TO APPLY Please send your updated CV to Tony Hutchinson or apply direct by calling Westray Recruitment Group
