Work collaboratively with the team to implement behaviour management strategies and develop relationships with students who may be vulnerable and have complex needs. Liaise with other agencies to ensure that student needs are fully met. Support the teacher in the delivery of engaging and successful lessons, contributing to a nurturing and effective learning environment. Skills & Requirements: Passion for working with children, particularly those with special educational needs. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the students. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, staff, and external agencies. Innovative and creative approach to teaching and learning. Drive and ambition to achieve personal and professional growth. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
