Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Supply Location: Hull Are you a confident HLTA looking for flexible work in primary schools around Hull? We're recruiting for experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our supply team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of welcoming schools, support pupils of different ages, and enjoy the flexibility that supply work offers. Key Responsibilities: Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher Supporting children's learning in small groups or 1:1 Working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 Managing classroom behaviour effectively Contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment What We're Looking For: A recognised HLTA qualification (or equivalent Level 4 TA qualification) Previous experience in a primary school setting A proactive and flexible approach Strong communication and behaviour management skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) We Offer: Competitive daily rates Flexible working to suit your lifestyle Variety of placements across Hull Ongoing support and development from a dedicated consultant
