Locum Planning Lawyer – Part Time – Up to £60 per hour (umbrella) – Initial 3 months – Midlands Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a Local Authority who are seeking a Locum Planning Lawyer to join the team on an interim basis. Role Overview: Rate: Up to £60 per hour (umbrella) Working Arrangements: Part Time Onsite Requirements : Remote with Planning Committee attendance Duration: Initial 3 months with the possibility for extension Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of Planning Law Advise on S106 agreements, alongside all other related legal matters Liaise with council officers to support on relevant projects, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies Attend Planning Committees as required About You: Experienced in Planning Law Local Government/Public Sector experience is highly desirable Ability to work independently and provide expert legal advice To apply, please submit your application online or reach out to Louise Francis or Ebby Vallance .
