Head of In-Patient Care

We’re looking for a clinically qualified and experienced leader to head our In-Patient Care service across two sites: Pembury and Five Ashes. As Head of In-Patient Care, you’ll lead a large, skilled team to deliver high-quality palliative care around the clock. You’ll ensure seamless admissions, maintain excellent occupancy, and support patients and families to experience compassionate, goal-focused care. This is a key leadership post reporting directly to the Director of Care Services. You’ll work alongside other Heads of Service to make sure our care is joined-up, consistent, and outstanding.
