Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Colchester, Essex CO5 (On site) Type: Full-Time Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 We’re looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join this creative team, bringing housing-related brands to life through bold, effective design. You'll work across a wide range of print and digital formats, delivering high-quality creative that connects with audiences and meets commercial goals. What You’ll Do Lead concept development and deliver standout design across brand, campaign, and digital projects Translate briefs into strong visual ideas and polished final outputs Create brand identities, guidelines, brochures, signage, and more Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints Present work to clients and respond positively to feedback Collaborate with designers, writers, strategists, and client teams Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive, inspiring studio culture Bring insight into the housing/property sector’s audiences and trends What You’ll Bring 5 years in a creative agency or fast-paced in-house team A strong portfolio showing branding, layout, digital design, and typography Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Great communication and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure A balance of creative flair and commercial awareness Experience in the housing/property sector is a bonus
