Job Description Financial Institution Management: Managing major financial institutions in the respective regions/business line, monitoring the onboarding process, and conducting regular business reviews with global banks and other financial institutions. Research on partners’ cash, settlement, and FX capabilities, and select the most favorable institutions for business cooperation. Support the FI Partnership team to improve the service level of the banks. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on the business model and compliance policies of overseas funds management practices in local markets. Daily tasks include overseas treasury management, liaising with local banks, fund management, and account management. Prepare RFPs assessing the competitiveness of FX, settlement, and other fund-related services across regions. Market Infrastructure and Risk Management: Research the latest developments in market infrastructure. Manage projects for deliverables and implementation. Oversee ongoing requirements of banks for existing business. Manage counterparty risks and establish mechanisms to diversify fund management risks among institutions. Requirements 6 - 12 years of relevant experience. Prior experience with banks, card schemes (e.g., Visa, MasterCard), or large international payment companies. Deep knowledge of global banks’ settlement and FX products, with relevant project experience preferred. Familiarity with international fund settlement, clearing businesses, cross-border payment operations, FX, and treasury management. Knowledge of overseas payment and cross-border funds compliance policies. Demonstrated leadership abilities; large project management experience is preferred. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to long business trips. Bonus: Team management experience is preferred.
