Director, FX Sales

Join to apply for the Director, FX Sales role at Cboe Global Markets . Job Description The Director, FX Sales will be part of the FX global sales team, reporting to the global head of FX sales. This role involves growing market share with existing clients and expanding the footprint with new FX participants. Responsibilities Drive trading volume on Cboe FX platforms by providing clients with execution analysis and promoting new products. Monitor client trading activity daily. Ensure a world-class customer experience and maintain high standards. Target new clients to increase market share of Cboe FX. Collaborate with derivatives and equities sales teams to maximize cross-selling opportunities. Report achievements versus forecasts regularly to the global head of Sales. Gather market and customer insights to support sales campaigns and product development. Represent Cboe FX at formal roadshows and presentations as needed. Perform liquidity management tasks during Asia business hours. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Significant sales experience within financial services. Experience in front office trading environment. Proven results in building customer relationships in a target-driven environment. Understanding of FX Market Microstructure and key financial industry issues. Excellent presentation and sales skills. Strong interpersonal, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. Interest in learning securities business and Cboe technology/philosophy. Ability to work well in a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
