BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Consumer Value Project Coordinator manages, optimizes, and scales clientelling and consumer engagement projects globally, aligning with ZEGNA’s business strategy. Collaborating with CVM, Digital Transformation, Marketing, Retail, and Regions, the role ensures projects are well-structured, data-driven, and scalable across markets. It requires strong business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to translate strategy into operational execution with a focus on innovation and customer-centricity. What makes up your day In this role, you will: Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of clientelling projects and consumer engagement initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met. Drive process optimization for efficient, measurable, and scalable clientelling initiatives. Coordinate between HQ and regional teams to ensure local execution aligns with global strategy and integrates with CVM, store operations, and digital channels. Work with retail teams to optimize clientelling methodologies, making them practical and impactful. Define and monitor KPIs related to clientelling effectiveness, consumer engagement, and ROI. Collaborate with Data & Insights teams to analyze customer behavior and segmentation. Partner with digital transformation teams to integrate clientelling into store and online experiences. Propose innovative consumer engagement approaches using digital tools, AI, and omnichannel experiences. Support pilots and test initiatives, validating new technologies before scaling. Work with training teams to equip store staff with the tools and knowledge for clientelling best practices. What makes you, makes our team We seek someone with: At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in consulting or luxury retail. Strong project management skills, especially in consumer-focused initiatives. A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into strategy. Excellent stakeholder management skills across teams and levels. Knowledge of CVM, clientelling applications, and digital consumer tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience managing cross-functional projects with HQ and regional teams. Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
