Position Overview To consolidate our structure, we are looking for a Project Manager who is highly motivated to join a challenging environment. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all activities necessary to achieve project objectives, utilizing key project management methodologies and techniques, with support from a cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities Regularly update senior management on the project's status, focusing on achieved deliverables. Manage communication with all stakeholders. Prepare summary documentation aimed at improving current business processes. Candidate Profile Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Management Engineering. PMP certification. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in structured companies; experience in the components industry is a plus. Solid foundation in mechanics and/or electronics. Fluency in English is required. Excellent planning and time management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, sales, operations). Effective communication and negotiation skills, goal-oriented, team player. Location & Travel Rubiera (RE), with availability for travel within Italy and internationally.
