Job Description

We are looking for a resource to join our team as a Purchasing Office Employee within the Supply Chain Department . The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities: Managing purchase orders for materials, capital goods, and services Processing service orders Creating supplier master data in the SAP System Searching for alternative products Collaborating with all departments on purchasing issues and warehouse availability The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma in a relevant administrative field and at least 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role. A good command of written and spoken English (B1/B2 level) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) are required, with particular expertise in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. The role requires interaction both within the team and with other departments, making it a dynamic position; therefore, strong teamwork orientation is essential. Precision, attention to detail, autonomy, and operational effectiveness are key qualities and skills we are looking for. Preferably, candidates should reside in the province of Milan or nearby areas.
