Job Description
Job Opportunity: Head of Sales Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Head of Sales for one of the leading suppliers of components for BESS. Responsibilities: Define and implement the commercial strategy for the Italian market, aligned with company objectives. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio, focusing on EPCs, developers, and distributors. Manage relationships with strategic clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty. Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and industry trends, providing analysis and reports to management. Qualifications include a degree in technical, economic disciplines, or equivalent; an engineering background is a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the photovoltaic sector, preferably with a focus on modules. Strong knowledge of the Italian BESS market and supply chain (EPCs, developers, installers, distributors). Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently under pressure. Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (mandatory). J-18808-Ljbffr
