You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage . You identify and resolve potential issues in the onboarding process in coordination with customers and colleagues. You manage upgrades of our solutions for existing clients. You help to improve our product and processes through close customer contact. Your profile At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects. A structured and organized work approach, even under stress, managing multiple tasks effectively. Clear and confident communication skills at C-level, even in tense situations. Willingness to travel to customer sites. Native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
