Position: The ICT Specialist for SAP S/4HANA in administrative areas is responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the SAP S/4HANA ERP system, focusing on administrative, accounting, and financial processes. The role aims to ensure operational efficiency and process optimization, collaborating with administrative functions to implement improvements and digital innovations. The selected candidate will participate in the migration project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA , gaining specific expertise on the new system and contributing to the transition and process improvements. Main Responsibilities: Support and configure SAP S/4HANA (administrative/accounting modules) Analyze and optimize administrative processes Collaborate with SAP vendors and consultants Manage interfaces with other company systems Assist users and provide internal training Test, validate, and deploy new functionalities Requirements: Technical Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA (administrative modules) Ability to analyze and map administrative processes Soft Skills: Teamwork and effective communication Problem-solving and analytical thinking Continuous improvement orientation Good knowledge of English Education and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related fields 1-2 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA in administrative/accounting areas SAP certifications are a plus Additional Information: We offer a dynamic work environment and increasing autonomy within the role.
