Your Role We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Operation Project Leader to join our growing organization. This role requires someone self-motivated, creative, and proactive, capable of working successfully in a dynamic environment that includes multiple platforms, architectures, technologies, and work environments. The position is based at our HQ in Cesena, Italy. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Operation Direction and a cross-functional team to manage new strategic projects aimed at expanding and strengthening our international manufacturing footprint. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, resource allocation, coordinating manufacturing layout activities, and implementing new manufacturing technologies and processes. The role also involves overseeing the phase-in of new products in line with the overall planning of our new footprint. Working alongside other departments (R&D, T&M, QA, etc.), the role entails optimizing and monitoring new production processes, cycles, quality, and technological standards. This is an international role that requires willingness to travel and stay abroad for short periods. Your Impact Managing problem-solving activities (6σ, Kaizen, etc.) related to project management and manufacturing Managing factory and assembly line layout projects and Gantt charts Leading sub-projects such as machinery and automation system introductions Conducting SWOT analyses of technology and layout solutions Evaluating and optimizing internal logistics flows About You Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering, focused on production and logistics 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing, production, or logistics Experience in automotive, whitegoods, or industrial sectors with series production and continuous improvement focus is a plus Knowledge of welding, metal, painting technologies, and processes is advantageous Understanding of production and assembly processes Fundamentals of Lean methodology (Value Stream Mapping, SMED, DMAIC, 6σ, etc.) Objective-oriented, with good interpersonal skills Fluent in Italian and English Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus Enthusiasm, humility, proactivity, and a passion for sport and physical activity Technogym is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
