Job Description

Position: Head of Sales Company: Leading BESS Component Supplier Location: Italy Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Head of Sales for one of the major suppliers of components for BESS. Responsibilities: Define and implement the commercial strategy for the Italian market, aligned with company objectives. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio, focusing on EPCs, developers, and distributors. Manage relationships with strategic clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty. Continuously monitor the market, competition, and industry trends, providing analysis and reports to management. Requirements: Degree in technical, economic disciplines, or equivalent; engineering background is a plus. At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the photovoltaic sector, preferably with a focus on modules. Solid knowledge of the Italian BESS market and supply chain (EPCs, developers, installers, distributors). Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory). J-18808-Ljbffr
