Job Opening: Learning and Development Coordinator BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development Coordinator in Parma, ID 83660. Details: Job Title: Learning and Development Coordinator Duration: 12 months Location: Parma, ID 83660 Start Date: ASAP Type: Contract (40 hrs/week) Pay Range: $35/hr - $38/hr Work Schedule: Monday to Friday This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and documenting training curricula to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, supporting safe and efficient operations. The role involves leveraging proven and innovative training methods to foster organizational excellence in learning and development. Responsibilities: Develop and implement training programs addressing operational and EHS needs for a high-performing, motivated, and safe workforce. Deliver classroom training for departments and individuals on critical site processes and policies. Customize standard EHS training to meet NA APV requirements. Oversee RCMS training performance and compliance. Collaborate with EHS managers and site leaders to develop safety and training initiatives exceeding expectations. Identify learning needs and develop programs to address operational, technical, and leadership development. Create and manage on-the-job training programs to promote safety and operational reliability. Ensure training related to organizational changes is completed and documented according to standards. Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed. Maintain training records and ensure sound training practices. Participate in audits as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with three years of experience, or a high school diploma with seven years of relevant experience. Passion for developing effective training programs and fostering a safety culture. Experience with external audits and a proven track record in EHS&S and OJT training development. Strong communication and influence skills across organizational levels. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and training development.
