HR Generalist

Prestigious multinational industrial group in continuous growth, leader in digital image and high-tech services for companies, is looking to strengthen its staff at the Italian headquarters with an HR GENERALIST . Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources , the HR Generalist will act as an operational partner to internal leaders, aiming to improve organizational effectiveness and support the HR team. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring the recruitment of top talent through effective recruiting processes Preparing clear job descriptions aligned with organizational needs Promoting company branding to attract and retain high-quality talent Supporting HR administrative activities Assisting the HR team and management with various projects and initiatives Managing reporting tasks, primarily in Excel, related to payroll, costs, and travel expenses Contributing to Time & Attendance management and supporting payroll processes Additionally, the HR Generalist will handle administrative activities and office management alongside other HR team members. Requirements We seek a professional with: 3-4 years of experience in medium-sized, modern, and innovative multinational companies, with solid knowledge of HR processes and administrative procedures A degree, preferably a Master's in HR or related fields Excellent spoken and written English, enabling effective communication with regional colleagues and leadership (non-Italian) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, and other HR management tools Key soft skills include autonomy, precision, strong customer orientation, motivation, and operational efficiency.
