The employee will develop and lead strategic CSV projects as well as explore new simplification opportunities. The candidate will participate in internal cross-functional team meetings to accomplish goals and commitments made to strategic customers and communicate status and issues regularly. This position will oversee computer system validation activities and projects for Thermo Fisher Scientific Ferentino Site. Technical duties include implementing validation strategies, adhering to domestic and international GMP regulations, owning and overseeing validation activities, incorporating continuous improvements, and participating in regulatory inspections. The candidate will build, review, approve, track, and present documents and procedures required for compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. They will also handle external consultants from the request for an offer to the completion of work. Join us! Keys to Success: Education Scientific degrees are preferred but not required. Experience At least 1 year of experience in CSV. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills reflecting a positive, professional, customer-centered organization. Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with project teams. Proficiency in personal computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Propensity for teamwork.
