ICT Infranstructure Manager

Dale Consulting is seeking a ICT Infrastructure Manager & Cloud for a major international client in the Core Banking sector. Job Responsibilities Manage complex projects focused on infrastructure implementation and updates. Ensure project requirements align with strategic organizational goals. Oversee the IT project portfolio related to Facility Management and Cloud. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance) and external partners (suppliers, technology partners). Define, plan, and monitor technological investments and strategic initiatives. Guarantee governance and compliance of services according to banking standards and regulations (e.g., EBA, DORA). Identify and mitigate project and operational risks. Promote cloud solutions adoption (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) in line with IT roadmaps. Support the definition of technical and functional requirements for new infrastructure projects. Candidate Requirements Degree in STEM fields. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience managing complex IT portfolios in banking or finance sectors. Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and ICT Facility Management models. Experience with Project & Portfolio Management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Prince2, Agile). Leadership skills, strategic vision, and results-oriented approach. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Additional Details Location: Parma (remote work possible). Full-time remote working mode. Salary: commensurate with experience.
