We are currently recruiting a Project Manager for EU and APAC regions, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Main Activities Lead detailed planning and management of engineering activities across various projects, ensuring key requirements and achievements are met by applying risk management practices, continuous improvement tools, and resource prioritization. Create Gantt project timelines, monitor costs, and ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget. Prepare progress reports for senior leadership. Identify and address challenges and inefficiencies that may impact project success. Ensure the availability and use of appropriate tools and techniques by project teams to meet objectives successfully. Assess project risks, evaluate impacts, and develop mitigation plans. Develop standard methodologies and tools for project management. Skills / Qualifications Master's Degree in Engineering or Management. 35 years of experience as a Project Manager in the pharma industry. Proficient in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of MS Project and MS Office. Willingness to travel worldwide. Strong planning, organizational, and cost-tracking skills. Customer-focused with good communication skills and ability to work in multifunctional, complex environments. Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure. Understanding of technical documents such as PIDs, process flow diagrams, and facility layouts. Knowledge of GMP and GDP standards. Preferred: PMQ or PMP qualification.
