As a Proposal Specialist, you will support our sales and proposals teams by preparing project cost estimates, drafting bid proposals, and managing quote records. Your role involves collaboration across departments to ensure accurate and timely proposals that meet client needs. What will you do? Review Requests For Proposal to ensure complete information for project costing. Support the sales team during client teleconferences to clarify technical aspects. Build cost estimates using the current costing tool. Draft and finalize bid proposals with moderate supervision. Coordinate internal approvals before submitting proposals. Manage quote records in Salesforce.com. Contribute to process improvements within the proposals team. Keys to Success Education Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. Experience At least 3 years of professional experience. Experience in pharmaceutical services is a plus but not required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Proficiency in English and Italian. Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
