We are looking for a Resource Manager. The Resource Manager will identify, onboard, and maintain a network of language professionals with the skills and qualifications needed to meet client and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and recruit professionals to expand the pool of qualified resources, using targeted strategies across various channels. Build and maintain an accurate, high-quality, and current database of professionals for relevant roles. Assess professionals to identify the best fit for each project and present vetted candidates to project teams or clients. Manage costs to ensure alignment with project budgets and resource expenses. Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, resolve resource issues, and optimize utilization. Monitor resource availability, communication, and performance to meet project demands efficiently. General Requirements At least 2 years of experience as Vendor Manager, Resource Manager, or Account Manager in the language industry. Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and make informed decisions. Attention to detail with the ability to think quickly and adapt. Proficiency in computer and web technologies. Motivated, results-oriented, and goal-focused. Ability to manage stress, perform under pressure, and handle substantial workloads.
