Leading internal projects and external cooperation, including operational and technical aspects Using your technical knowledge to analyze problems and assign sub-tasks to team members Motivating and engaging team members to accomplish project tasks and meet deadlines Reporting project activities to the Research Manager, proactively discussing bottlenecks and risks What are we looking for? 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written Ability to think creatively and outside the box A positive attitude toward operational work and leadership Good empathy and relationship-building skills Experience in the HVAC&R field is preferred but not required A PhD is considered an advantage but not mandatory J-18808-Ljbffr
