Requirements We are seeking a Field Sales professional for Milano , who is dynamic, results-oriented, with sales and negotiation experience. You will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, expanding our customer network, and promoting our BNPL services. Responsibilities Develop commercial activities through outbound efforts in the assigned territory to maximize appointments Plan and manage in-person meetings with potential clients to present our product and BNPL platform Identify new business opportunities via market mapping and territory analysis Handle negotiations and contractual discussions with clients Achieve and surpass sales targets Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in sales or direct selling roles Ambitious, proactive, results-driven Excellent negotiation and communication skills Owns a car and holds a B license, available for daily travel within Milan and surroundings Proficient with digital tools, CRM, and sales software Benefits & Selection Process 30-minute HR online interview 30-minute interview with Head of Sales 30-minute meet the team session Offer Salary range: €23-24k fixed €16k variable, totaling approximately €39-40k gross annually €1760 meal vouchers Wellhub benefits Contract type: permanent or fixed-term based on experience Company laptop and phone provided Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Industry: IT Services and Consulting J-18808-Ljbffr
