SPECIALISTA LAVORI ELETTRICI ENERGIE RINNOVABILI Company Description Our client is an internationally renowned company in the Renewable Energy sector, based in Viterbo. We are seeking the following profile: Position SPECIALISTA LAVORI ELETTRICI ENERGIE RINNOVABILI The candidate will serve as the Supervisor responsible for overseeing, implementing, and ensuring the proper execution of electrical engineering works for solar panels, adhering to the construction plan and quality standards. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with construction norms and regulations in accordance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Supervise, implement, and correctly execute electrical engineering works as per the construction plan, project specifications, material standards, and quality of work. Guarantee that electrical engineering activities and operational performances meet the defined quality standards. Work closely with the team, supporting and supervising onsite activities. Provide technical support to the construction team in reviewing project deliveries with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project execution meets technical requirements and quality standards. Adhere to safety, quality, and quantity standards. Prepare detailed project reports (DPR) following standard SWSL guidelines. Maintain relationships with subcontractors and contractors onsite. Draft technical reports and audits related to SAL. Requirements We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of solid project management experience in the Energy sector, with excellent knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical systems. A degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering or related fields is required. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations, with excellent organizational, communication, negotiation skills, strong leadership, and team-working abilities. Good command of English is also required. Additional Information We offer a permanent position directly with the company, with CCNL and level based on seniority. Work location: Viterbo. Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. The offer complies with Legislative Decree 198/2006 and Legislative Decrees 215/2003 and 216/2003.
