Nokia Mediation Specialist Desired Experience Range: 5 - 8 years Location of Requirement: Chennai , Hyderabad , Bangalore , Pune , Kolkata , Coimbatore Must-Have: Senior Nokia Mediation Specialist with 5-6 years of experience in telecommunications systems and mediation platforms. Experience in configuring, managing, and optimizing Nokia’s mediation solutions for the effective collection and transformation of data across our telecom network. Lead the implementation and integration of Nokia Mediation solutions (e.g., Nokia Cloud Mediation, Nokia DataPower) across the telecom network. Configure and manage mediation servers, processing systems, and interfaces to ensure accurate data collection and processing. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues related to mediation systems and data discrepancies. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., billing, operations, network teams) to define and implement mediation requirements and ensure the system’s alignment with business needs.
