Dear All TCS is hiring for SAP success factors Employee central Location: PAN INDIA Exp: 6 to 8 years Relevant Exp: 6 years Must-Have Minimum 3 – 4 End-End-To Implementations in EC Hands on experience in Time-off and Benefits Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas. Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage Experince in Successfactors Integration Center Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements Good-to-Have Knowledge in intelligent Services Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage.
