Senior Ux/Ui Designer

Required Skills Must have design portfolio links on resume or application. 5-8 years of working experience as a UX/UI Designer. Proficiency with Figma (a must!), Sketch, Adobe CC and Axure. Strong, effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) Experience working with data visualizations, data concepts, business intelligence and/or ad tech. Experience writing user research scripts, conducting user research and testing, analysing and presenting the results. Experience working with development and engineering teams in an agile environment. A proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills Knowledge of best practices for digital user accessibility Knowledge of CSS, HTML, responsive design, other front-end technologies also a plus Intellectual curiosity and drive; self-starters will thrive in this position. A formal education in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, User Experience, or related field
