Solution Architect Expert UADM & Integration

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect Expert with in-depth knowledge of Siemens UADM (Unified Architecture Data Management) to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in the design, integration, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions. Your primary focus will be integrating Siemens UADM solutions, ensuring seamless data management, and providing expert architectural guidance to complex system integration projects. This role demands a problem-solving mindset, a deep understanding of enterprise architectures, and proficiency in the integration of Siemens UADM systems across a wide range of applications. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with a strong emphasis on integration within the Siemens ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of complex Siemens UADM solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements. Develop architecture blueprints, integration models, and detailed technical specifications for integrating Siemens UADM with other enterprise systems. Drive the development of scalable, flexible, and robust architectural solutions to address complex data management needs. Integration Strategy: Develop and implement integration strategies for seamless connectivity between Siemens UADM and other applications or systems within the enterprise. Design interfaces and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange, reducing integration complexities. Provide expertise in integrating Siemens UADM with third-party tools, platforms, and legacy systems. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior architects and development teams. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and address integration challenges, offering optimal solutions. Solution Deployment & Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment of integrated solutions, ensuring the architecture meets scalability, performance, and security requirements. Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting for deployed UADM solutions and integrations. Ensure the continuous monitoring and improvement of system performance and reliability post-deployment. Documentation & Best Practices: Develop comprehensive solution documentation including design specifications, architectural diagrams, and integration guides. Establish and promote best practices for solution architecture, integration, and deployment. Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols. Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the field of enterprise architecture and data management. Contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization by providing insights, conducting training sessions, and assisting with technical reviews. Key Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in enterprise-level systems integration, with specific expertise in Siemens UADM. Proven track record in designing and integrating large-scale data management systems, with deep knowledge of Siemens UADM architecture. Extensive experience working with complex integrations involving Siemens UADM and other third-party applications. Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Siemens UADM (Unified Architecture Data Management) and related technologies. Strong expertise in system integration techniques, APIs, middleware, and cloud technologies. Proficient in integration platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, SAP, PLM, ERP, and similar enterprise solutions. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and integration of Siemens UADM in a cloud-based environment. Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and performance optimization techniques. Leadership Skills: Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing technical projects, and guiding architectural decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications (Preferred): Siemens UADM certification (or equivalent) would be a plus. Relevant certifications in integration platforms, cloud technologies, or architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
