Technical Lead-iObeya Location: Bangalore Exp: 8-10 Yrs ● Hands on experience in configuring/managing Linux Environments. ● Strong understanding of product architecture, backend product installation and cloud infrastructure. ● Hands on Experience with cloud environments such as AWS . ● Should be able to work with databases (For ex- MySQL, Mariadb). Understanding of data modeling and querying. ● Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins). ● Basic Knowledge of DevSecOps pipeline and tools (e.g SonarQube, Checkmarx). ● Basic knowledge of python (for e.g running of scripts, basic troubleshooting) ● Should be able to do product installation from scratch once the guideline document is provided. ● Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and clear manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ● Ability to make decisions under pressure, with a clear rationale based on the technical, business, and team considerations. ● Understanding the business needs and aligning technical solutions to meet these objectives, ensuring that the team’s efforts support the company’s strategic goals. skills: ● High level understanding of NodeJs and PHP . Responsibilities : ● Awareness of the functional and technical aspects of iObeya and iKanban. ● Technical Validation of the User Stories with constructive feedback. ● Providing technical input to the PM and PO (Product Manager / Product Owner, based in EU, India). ● Proactive in providing guidance & inputs for the running issues . ● Ensure that Agile principles and practices are well applied. ● Providing inputs about products and working together with Architects to follow customer standards. ● Providing inputs in designing of Features and the technical acceptance criteria for the same. ● Connect with End users and understand, resolve their queries.
