Support backup jobs, job scheduling and daily verification tasks. Attend Hotline calls and provide support Receive and acknowledge all automated alerts by creating tickets as required. Monitor the overall health and environment of the databases. Execute and monitor routine service health checks Isolate system anomalies and investigate root cause.
