Role Description: We are seeking a skilled Sepasoft MES Consultant to join our team to implement an Electronic Batch Record (EBR) solution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing execution systems , specifically with Sepasoft software, and a strong background in batch processing and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope for EBR implementation. - Design, configure, and customize Sepasoft MES solutions to meet business needs. - Develop and document business processes, workflows, and system specifications. - Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the EBR solution. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MES and EBR systems. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes. Qualificatoin: - Overall experience 2-9 years. Ignition / Sepasoft MES - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, batch record management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, GMP). IIOT Platform : Ignition Database: MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL PLC and SCADA platforms - preferred, but not mandatory
