Interested candidates, please send resumes on “monali.k@epictechresearch.com” Job Title: .NET Technical Lead (Hands-On) Location: Bavdhan, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 9 years to 15 years Notice period- 45 days to 60 days max Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on(must) .NET Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and best practices. This role requires deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, cloud technologies, microservices, and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Able to take up coding tasks Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices. Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications. Make key technical decisions related to design, architecture, and infrastructure . Drive code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization. Hands-On Development: Develop and maintain high-quality .NET Core / .NET 4 applications . Implement microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions (Azure). Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework , SQL Server PostgreSQL . Handson experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) Expertise in Microservices Architecture, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Kubernetes/Docker . Strong database skills ( SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL ). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills. Cloud & DevOps: Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Azure or AWS . Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins . Optimize applications for scalability, security, and performance . Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Work closely with Onsite(United States) product managers, Developers, UX designers, and QA team . Follow Agile Scrum development methodologies. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10 years of experience in software development with .NET technologies. Nice-to-Have: Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture . Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) . Exposure to AI/ML integrations, Arc GIS would be beneficial.
