Provisioning Manager

Relevant Experience : Previous experience in a provisioning role, with a solid understanding of provisioning workflows and customer delivery requirements. Desired attributes but not essential: Network Knowledge : Experience working with UK-based telecom networks (e.g., Vodafone, EE, BT, etc.). Salesforce Experience : Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking orders and updating opportunity records. Responsibilities Manage the full provisioning cycle from project handover to completion and validation from the customer and provider. Oversee provisioning tasks for new services, renewals, number ports/migrations (mobile & fixed), and disconnections of existing services. Collaborate closely with the relevant teams and to ensure timely resolution of any provisioning-related issues. Monitor the progress of provisioning tasks, provide regular updates, and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure all customer services are tested and fully operational before handing over to the Account Managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all provisioning activities using salesforce. Manage disconnection requests, ensuring proper authorisation and execution without service disruption. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a strong focus on user experience throughout the provisioning process. Continuously review and improve provisioning procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
