Job Description: Integration Engineer Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Integration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integrating ERP systems, CRM platforms, supply chain solutions, or SaaS products. A combination of any two of these expertise areas is required. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect diverse business systems to ensure seamless data flow and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement integration solutions for ERP systems, CRM platforms, supply chain applications, or SaaS products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain integration workflows, APIs, and middleware solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure data consistency and reliability. Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices. Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions. Technical Skills and Qualifications : 3 to 5 years of experience in integrating ERP systems, CRM platforms, supply chain solutions, or SaaS products (combination of any two is acceptable). Proficiency in integration tools and technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, middleware platforms, or custom scripts. Strong understanding of data formats like JSON, XML, and CSV. Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data mapping techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration capabilities is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Cultural and Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to challenges. Growth mindset: always learning, improving, and understanding systems at a technical level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
