Lead Data Analyst

Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing Build & Scale Analytics: Set up and lead the analytics function from the ground up—vision, tooling, frameworks, and processes. Perform deep-dive analyses, build dashboards, and automate reports to empower data-driven decisions across teams. Drive accurate data collection, tracking, and reporting practices. Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of analysts. Review analytical work, guide strategic thinking, and promote a culture of curiosity, precision, and impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Business, Ops, Data Science, and Engineering to solve high-impact problems with data. Champion data adoption across the organization. ️ Data Infrastructure & Governance: Collaborate with Data Engineering to build robust data models and pipelines. Define key business metrics, ensure data quality, and drive documentation and governance best practices. ✅ You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have: 8 -12 years of experience in analytics or data science, including 4 years in leadership roles. Expertise in SQL , and proficiency with Python, R , and dashboard tools like Metabase or Tableau . A track record of building systems and teams from scratch . Strong business acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions through data. Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-enabled environment.
