About Us We are part of the Omnicom Group , one of the world’s largest media and advertising holding companies. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to bring creative and contemporary ideas to life through impactful design. You’ll play a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns for our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies. Key Responsibilities Interpret creative briefs and generate unique concepts aligned with client strategies. Build layouts using strong design principles and clearly articulate creative rationale. Manage multiple projects efficiently from kickoff to final delivery. Adhere to brand guidelines, marketing goals, and FDA legal/regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback to refine designs. Deliver high-quality, professional work that enhances our company’s reputation. Stay updated on industry trends and push creative boundaries. Meet deadlines and manage time effectively across concurrent projects. Represent the design team in resolving change requests and providing expert consultation. Advise internal teams and clients on design best practices and techniques. What We’re Looking For 4 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies. Strong portfolio in motion graphics, graphic design, and presentation design. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint. Familiarity with healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
