L1 & L2 support Engineer for EQMS users - EXP: 3 to 6 years - Work location : Pune / Bangalore / Mumbai / Hyderabad

Responsibilities: a) Provide L1 & L2 technical support for EQMS users, addressing system errors, workflow issues, and access problems. b) Troubleshoot performance issues, integrations, and security concerns related to EQMS. c) Work with IT teams to resolve server, database, and network-related problems affecting EQMS operations, collaborate with IT teams to manage system upgrades, patches, and maintenance. d) Oversee the daily administration of the EQMS platform (e.g., QUMAS, MasterControl, Veeva Vault QMS), ensuring system configurations e) Monitor EQMS performance, security, and compliance to ensure system reliability. f) Perform software updates, patches, and system configurations to maintain optimal performance. g) Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to maintain data security and regulatory compliance. h) Manage support tickets and service requests through the IT helpdesk. d) Conduct periodic reviews and updates to ensure the system aligns with evolving compliance and industry guidelines. e) Maintain documentation and audit trails for all system activities. Experience: a) Experience working with an EQMS platform (e.g., QUMAS, MasterControl, Veeva Vault QMS, or similar systems). b) Prior experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech) is highly preferred. c) Strong understanding of document control, change management, CAPA, risk management, and compliance workflows d) Experience with SQL databases, Windows/Linux servers, and system integrations. e) Knowledge of API integrations, scripting (PowerShell, Python), or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Skills: a) Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. b) Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating documentation and providing user training. c) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) is a plus.
