What You’ll Be Doing Own the Product Vision: Drive strategy and roadmap for our AI SaaS platform, aligning with company goals and user needs. Execute with Velocity: Prioritize ruthlessly and deliver fast, with a sharp focus on user value and business outcomes. Lead with Empathy: Engage directly with early adopters and SMB users to deeply understand their pain points and shape solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and leadership to bring products to life. Hands-On Delivery: Use product frameworks and tools to ship, iterate, and scale—with minimal oversight. Champion Communication: Ensure every voice is heard—customers, engineers, marketers—and foster a culture of open collaboration. Act Like an Owner: Take initiatives from idea to launch. Lead by doing. What You Bring Customer Obsession: You live and breathe user empathy and embed yourself with users to stay close to their needs. Data Fluency: Strong with SQL, scripting languages, and data visualization. You transform raw data into sharp, actionable insights—on your own. Marketplace Intuition: Experience or understanding of marketplace dynamics and network effects. Cross-Functional Impact: Proven ability to work across teams and deliver real outcomes.
