WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB: The Sr Analyst, Maintenance Programs is part of the PSA Tech Ops Division of the PSA Tech Services Center. This role involves development and implementation of maintenance programs to ensure quality and safety, dedication to ensuring safety and reliability of PSA’s fleet, and working cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement. WHAT YOU’LL DO: This list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Manage and revise the CRJ-700/900 Maintenance Program, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and PSA's GMM Analyze reliability data to adjust recurring inspection and maintenance task intervals, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability objectives are met Collaborate with Tech Services leadership to identify and implement process improvements and best practices Ensure compliance with all FAA maintenance program requirements and PSA's GMM Perform other duties as assigned by Tech Services leadership Must be willing and able to travel 10% of the time, as needed, to the PSA Headquarters ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 4 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on maintenance program management FAA 121 Airline Operator and associate FARs experience or equivalent Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: Master's degree in a relevant field 6 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on maintenance program management Experience with reliability-centered maintenance and maintenance program development Familiarity with PSA's GMM and FAA regulations Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards Experience with data analysis and interpretation Familiarity with maintenance program management software and tools LANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.
