WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB: The Engineer, Predictive Maintenance is part of PSA’s Technical Operations Division of the PSA Tech Services Center. This role will work on cutting-edge projects that directly impact the reliability and performance of our fleet and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence. Analyze and seek solutions to design, operation, maintenance, performance, and repair of aircraft and their components Understand and navigate the data landscape of aircraft data, specifically for the CRJ-700/900 Develop and implement a predictive program based on aircraft data to improve the technical performance of the PSA fleet Translate complex aircraft data into actionable insights and operationalize concise actions to ensure reliable operations Perform other duties as assigned by Tech Services leadership Must be willing and able to travel 10% of the time, as needed, to the PSA Headquarters ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field 3 years of experience in a related field FAA 121 Airline Operator and associate FARs or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: Master's degree in a relevant field Experience with predictive maintenance or data-driven decision-making Familiarity with aircraft data systems and CRJ-700/900 operations Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Knowledge of aircraft systems and components Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities LANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.
