Analytical Scientist – NPD (Solid Orals)

We are looking for Analytical Scientists for a Global Pharmaceutical MNC based in Bangalore Position: Analytical Scientist – NPD (Solid Orals) (3 position) Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc. Chemistry preferred; candidates with lower qualifications and strong relevant experience may also apply Department: Analytical Development – New Product Development (NPD) Experience: 5 years in analytical development Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Conduct analytical testing for solid orals (tablets, capsules, ODTs, softgels, ER/DR formulations). Develop and validate methods for assay, RS, dissolution, and stability per ICH guidelines. Troubleshoot analytical issues, manage OOS/OOT results, and support RCA. Operate and troubleshoot instruments like HPLC, UPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, UV, IR, XRD, etc. Support analytical method transfer to external/internal sites. Ensure GLP/GMP compliance, documentation, and timely project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior scientists. Requirements: Experience in analytical development for pharma products. Expertise in method development, validation, and instrumentation. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects independently under tight timelines.
