We're Hiring for Product Support – LoanIQ Location: Bangalore Experience: 3–6 years Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a skilled and proactive Production Support Engineer with expertise in LoanIQ and strong Core Java capabilities to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of application troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis, ensuring business-critical systems run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide production support for LoanIQ -based applications Perform in-depth debugging and code reviews to identify and resolve issues Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues Collaborate with development teams for continuous improvement and stability of the application Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Required Skills: Strong Core Java development and troubleshooting experience Proficient in Spring / Spring Boot frameworks Solid understanding of multi-threading, data structures, and algorithms Hands-on experience in LoanIQ platform Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills What We’re Looking For: Someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership A team player who can also work independently Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams If you're passionate about solving real-world production issues and thrive in a high-impact role, we’d love to hear from you!
